Lead a full-stack team delivering complex web and mobile applications using React, React Native, and .NET. This is a hands-on role covering team leadership, architecture, and end-to-end development.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead and mentor a full-stack development team in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Own end-to-end development of complex web and mobile applications.
  • Design microservices, REST APIs, and web and mobile architectures.
  • Lead CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps and Azure.
  • Work with SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Lead code and design reviews and promote engineering best practices.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA teams to solve technical challenges.

Requisitos

  • At least 6 years of experience developing complex web and mobile applications.
  • At least 3 years leading development teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on React Native development.
  • Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET/Web API, .NET Core, and React.
  • Experience with microservices, REST APIs, Azure, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience designing web and mobile architectures.
  • Relevant academic or professional technology training, practical engineering education, or a technological military background, as appropriate to the role.

Se valora

  • Experience with WebSockets, software testing processes, AI/LLM integrations, or prompt engineering.
