Responsabilidades
- Serve as the primary technical interface between customers and internal engineering teams.
- Support customers from evaluation and design through validation and production deployment.
- Lead technical discussions, design reviews, architecture assessments, and integration activities.
- Develop software tools, demo applications, proof-of-concepts, prototypes, reference implementations, and customer-specific adaptations.
- Create automation for testing, validation, diagnostics, data collection, and performance analysis.
- Reproduce, analyze, and resolve system-level issues involving software, hardware, RF, networking, security, and standards compliance.
- Drive root-cause investigations and develop workarounds and validation methods.
- Analyze logs, traces, packet captures, and field-test results.
- Provide technical training, workshops, and hands-on enablement.
- Support field trials, demonstrations, interoperability testing, and production programs.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate requirements and market insights to product management and engineering.
- Contribute to technical documentation, application notes, training materials, code, bug fixes, and feature enhancements.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related field; equivalent higher-level qualifications are also accepted.
- At least 2 years of software applications engineering, software development, or related experience with a bachelor’s degree; equivalent pathways are available for master’s or doctoral graduates.
- At least 1 year of experience with a programming language such as C, C++, Java, or Python.
- At least 1 year of experience using debugging techniques.
- Experience developing and debugging embedded software.
- Strong programming skills in C, C++, or similar languages.
- Experience with embedded Linux environments.
- Hands-on troubleshooting across hardware and software domains.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Experience with C-V2X, NR-V2X, ITS-G5, DSRC, LTE, 5G, Wi-Fi, or related wireless technologies.
- Familiarity with automotive systems and development processes.
- Experience with RF testing and wireless performance analysis.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, PKI, and secure communications.
- Experience as a Customer Engineer, Application Engineer, Field Applications Engineer, Systems Engineer, or Technical Lead.
