Lead a development team building advanced embedded video communication systems for an organization in the Sharon area. Own end-to-end development and work with hardware, presales, customers, and other development teams.
Responsabilidades
- Lead and manage an embedded software development team
- Own end-to-end development of a Linux- and NVIDIA Jetson-based video communication system
- Lead software architecture, technology roadmaps, and engineering decisions
- Develop and implement AI and edge AI solutions in operational systems
- Lead development of user interfaces and command-and-control systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams, presales, customers, and other development teams
- Ensure code quality and lead code reviews, development processes, and working methods
- Solve complex networking, video streaming, and performance optimization challenges
Requisitos
- At least five years managing development teams or working as a development team leader or R&D manager
- Significant software development experience with Python, C++, and C
- Experience with Linux and embedded systems
- Experience leading development from requirements definition through customer delivery
- Experience with NVIDIA Jetson, JetPack, DeepStream, and TensorRT
- Strong networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, UDP, routing, bonding, and load balancing
- Experience developing Linux GUI solutions using Qt, Web UI, or similar technologies
- Strong software architecture skills and experience designing complex systems
