A technology organization is seeking a Senior System Administrator to manage, secure and maintain hybrid infrastructure across GCP, on-premises environments, Windows Server and Linux.
Responsabilidades
- Set up, administer, maintain and harden servers and infrastructure services.
- Manage GCP-based and hybrid infrastructure environments.
- Administer Windows Server and Linux systems.
- Monitor systems, troubleshoot incidents and maintain service availability.
- Manage backups, resilience and disaster recovery processes.
- Operate Microsoft IIS, Cloud Run, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP.
- Configure and maintain VPN connectivity.
- Apply security controls, updates and vulnerability management practices.
- Maintain technical procedures, controls and infrastructure documentation.
Requisitos
- At least 4–5 years of experience as a system administrator in a medium-sized or large organization.
- Practical experience managing cloud services with GCP or AWS; hands-on GCP experience is advantageous.
- Experience managing virtual servers in on-premises and cloud environments, including deployment, maintenance, hardening and upgrades.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux.
- Experience with Microsoft IIS, including setup, configuration, security and troubleshooting.
- Experience deploying and managing Cloud Run services, permissions and connectivity.
- Experience administering Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP.
- Experience configuring VPN solutions, including site-to-site and client VPN.
- Experience with server hardening, patch management and vulnerability management.
- Experience with backup solutions, disaster recovery and business continuity.
- Experience working in regulated environments with procedures, controls and documentation.

- Experience with Kubernetes and GKE.
- Experience with Terraform and infrastructure as code.
- Experience with core GCP services including Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, VPC, load balancing, firewall rules, IAM, monitoring and logging.
- Experience with CI/CD and automation.
- Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOX or PCI-DSS.
- GCP Professional, Microsoft or Linux certifications.
