Join a large healthcare organization’s technology team and support reliable, observable IT systems used across the organization. The role focuses on monitoring, control systems, infrastructure, automation, and continuous improvement.
Responsabilidades
- Provide monitoring and control support for the organization’s IT systems
- Implement, deploy, and maintain observability and control systems
- Develop new capabilities based on organizational requirements
- Plan and establish infrastructure monitoring solutions
- Work across organizational processes and collaborate with technology teams
- Improve systems and processes through structured analysis and lessons learned
Requisitos
- At least 7 years of experience with control and monitoring systems or systems administration
- Experience writing Python, PowerShell, or Bash code
- Knowledge of APM and infrastructure monitoring systems
- Extensive knowledge of Linux and Windows infrastructure
- Experience planning and implementing infrastructure monitoring
- Understanding of client-side and server-side systems
- Experience developing AI-based solutions
- Strong service orientation and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Availability to work outside regular hours when required
