Build and operate production-grade AWS, backend, and agentic systems for a cloud optimization platform. The role owns solutions from architecture through deployment and continuous improvement.
Responsabilidades
- Architect and build agentic systems for FinOps, SRE, and cloud architecture solutions.
- Develop autonomous agents that investigate AWS environments and produce actionable insights.
- Encode AWS expertise across IAM, networking, and incident management into tools, decision logic, and retrieval systems.
- Build backend services with AWS integrations, multi-tenant isolation, and resilient asynchronous processing.
- Create quality controls and evaluation frameworks for accurate, grounded, and safe agent outputs.
- Improve agent performance using production feedback, incident analysis, and customer usage data.
- Own the product lifecycle from design and deployment through long-term iteration.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to turn cloud challenges into automated capabilities.
Requisitos
- At least 7 years of hands-on AWS or DevOps experience in production-scale environments.
- At least 2 years of backend development experience building and operating production systems.
- Deep expertise in AWS services, cloud networking, and security practices.
- Strong backend engineering skills, preferably with Python and native AWS services.
- Experience designing APIs, asynchronous jobs, and complex data-processing workflows.
- Ability to design resilient systems with idempotency, observability, and robust error handling.
- Strong ownership, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience building GenAI applications, LLM workflows, retrieval-augmented generation, or evaluation pipelines.
- Familiarity with tool calling, agent orchestration, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with Terraform, CI/CD, and Kubernetes.
- Background in cloud cost optimization, SRE practices, or security automation.
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
- A degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical engineering experience.
