Senior DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineering

Build and operate the internal engineering platform supporting large-scale build, test, deployment, and security validation workflows. This hands-on role combines production Python and shell development with hybrid cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevSecOps ownership.
Responsabilidades
- Design, build, and operate the internal engineering platform for build, testing, deployment, and security validation.
- Develop and maintain production Python and shell tooling for platform automation.
- Architect and manage hybrid cloud and on-premises execution infrastructure, including multi-region Kubernetes runner pools.
- Own and evolve GitHub Actions CI/CD workflows, reusable actions, runner orchestration, and build caching.
- Operate and tune DinD environments, including storage, networking, resource limits, and container runtimes.
- Connect self-hosted and on-premises runners and route physical-device test jobs by site and device type.
- Implement DevSecOps controls such as least-privilege IAM, OIDC, isolated runner groups, container signing, and automated security scans.
- Improve platform observability, cost optimization, reliability, and engineering release confidence.
- Collaborate with a large engineering organization and resolve complex infrastructure problems end to end.
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of hands-on DevOps experience with a strong software development background.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong Python or similar high-level programming skills and experience owning production tooling.
- Experience designing scalable systems, automation frameworks, infrastructure as code, Terraform, and Helm.
- Strong Linux, Docker, containers, and Git-based workflow knowledge.
- Experience operating CI/CD at scale with GitHub Actions or a comparable platform.
- Deep experience with hybrid AWS and on-premises infrastructure, including Kubernetes, EKS, IAM/OIDC, networking, storage, and secrets management.
- Experience with runner pools, self-hosted runners, DinD environments, build caching, and multi-region execution.
- Experience implementing DevSecOps controls and improving platform observability, cost efficiency, and reliability.
- Strong troubleshooting, system-level thinking, ownership, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.
