A financial technology company is seeking a hands-on DevOps Engineer to build and operate scalable, highly available cloud infrastructure while advancing automation, security, reliability, and AI-enabled developer platforms.
Responsabilidades
- Design, automate, and manage complex AWS cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code
- Operate and improve production Kubernetes environments on EKS
- Advance platform tooling, developer experience, and operational processes
- Implement secure infrastructure patterns including IAM, network segmentation, and secrets management
- Contribute to technical architecture and long-term platform strategy
- Build infrastructure for autonomous AI agents and agentic workflows
- Develop secure orchestration frameworks for deploying and managing AI-driven tools
Requisitos
- At least 4 years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or a similar infrastructure-focused role
- Hands-on expertise with AWS services including EC2, EKS, RDS, VPC, IAM, S3, and Lambda
- Advanced Infrastructure as Code skills using Terraform or an equivalent tool
- Deep production Kubernetes knowledge covering architecture, cluster management, networking, and debugging
- Strong experience designing and managing CI/CD platforms and methodologies
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Datadog, Coralogix, and Grafana
- Experience building and operating AI agents, agentic flows, and DevAI automation in cloud environments
- Experience delivering highly available, production-grade, service-oriented systems
- Strong scripting and automation skills in Python or Bash
- Ability to communicate complex technical requirements and collaborate across functions
