Architect and operate a secure, self-service internal platform for a rapidly scaling AI technology company. You will establish infrastructure standards, improve developer independence, and own production reliability across global markets.
Responsabilidades
- Build secure, automated self-service pathways for development teams.
- Design Kubernetes-native abstractions, including controllers and operators.
- Modularize infrastructure into independently managed service lifecycles.
- Manage infrastructure, policy, and configuration through versioned, reviewed, tested, CI-gated code.
- Own production reliability through observability, SLOs, accurate alerting, and operational standards.
- Lead blameless postmortems and implement systemic improvements.
Requisitos
- Strong production-scale experience with Google Cloud Platform, including GKE, IAM, networking, Cloud SQL, and BigQuery.
- Strong Kubernetes expertise, including declarative infrastructure, controllers, operators, and platform engineering patterns.
- Experience with Terraform, Helm, and GitOps tools such as Argo CD; familiarity with Config Connector is a plus.
- Software engineering experience or strong production development skills in Go and/or Python.
- Experience applying least-privilege IAM, secret management, policy controls, and software supply-chain security.
- Production ownership focused on reliability, observability, recoverability, and operational hygiene.

- Experience with policy-as-code tools such as OPA/Conftest or Kyverno.
- Supply-chain and CI security tooling experience.
- SLO and error-budget practices, including DORA-based delivery measurement.
- Multicloud experience with AWS or Azure.
- Exposure to big data or MLOps tools such as Airflow, Dagster, Ray, or Kubeflow.
- Experience with AI-assisted or specification-driven development.
