An endpoint security startup is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to own and evolve its AWS, production, and development infrastructure. The role offers broad autonomy, direct collaboration with engineering leadership, and end-to-end ownership of infrastructure initiatives.
Responsabilidades
- Own the company’s AWS environment and production infrastructure.
- Lead the DevOps domain in collaboration with development leadership.
- Manage Kubernetes, ArgoCD, GitOps, Terraform, Kafka, and RDS environments.
- Build and improve CI/CD processes using GitHub Actions.
- Own monitoring, observability, dashboards, and alerting.
- Evaluate and improve infrastructure architecture, including refactoring outdated systems.
- Build tools and infrastructure that improve developer experience and team autonomy.
- Set up and manage cloud-based development environments.
- Own self-hosted infrastructure used for CI processes.
- Contribute to a BYOC solution for customer cloud environments.
- Participate in a relatively light on-call rotation.
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure, or SRE.
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS and broad knowledge of cloud services.
- Significant production experience with Kubernetes.
- Experience with ArgoCD and GitOps.
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
- Experience with Terraform or a comparable infrastructure-as-code tool.
- Significant experience with monitoring and observability.
- Mandatory production experience with Kafka.
- Experience with AWS RDS.
- Experience leading infrastructure projects end to end.
- Ability to work independently, make decisions, and develop a roadmap.
- Strong technical depth, problem-solving ability, and capacity to learn new technologies and domains quickly.

- Experience working in a startup or small DevOps team with broad responsibilities.
- Prior experience as a Team Lead, Tech Lead, or technical leader.
- Previous software development experience.
- Experience in cybersecurity, security operations, or SecOps.
- Experience with ClickHouse or data-driven products.
- Experience with GCP or Azure.
- Experience with BYOC products.
- Experience managing self-hosted environments.
