Build and operate cloud infrastructure and developer platforms for an enterprise workforce orchestration product. The role includes production on-call rotations.
Responsabilidades
- Design and evolve multi-region AWS architecture, including networking, interconnects, IAM, and high availability, using Terraform and GitOps
- Build and own CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure changes, including policy-as-code guardrails, drift detection, and progressive rollout
- Create self-service infrastructure capabilities and standard paths for engineers
- Improve observability across metrics, logs, traces, and alerting
- Troubleshoot production incidents and participate in on-call rotations
- Develop AI agents to support R&D productivity and encourage secure company-wide AI adoption
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of experience in DevOps or a related role, including cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes exposure
- Working knowledge of at least one major cloud platform: AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Understanding of CI/CD and experience with GitHub or a similar platform
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code, such as Terraform or Ansible
- Experience developing internal agents, such as developer or DevOps agents
- English proficiency for written and verbal communication
