Lead development of cloud infrastructure, automation systems, CI/CD capabilities, and developer tools that support reliable software delivery. The role is based in Tel Aviv and uses Python, Go, Azure, and modern DevOps practices.
Responsabilidades
- Build and maintain cloud infrastructure and core automation systems.
- Develop tools that improve software development and deployment capabilities.
- Design, operate, and improve CI/CD pipelines and test infrastructure.
- Improve CI reliability through test stability analysis and execution optimization.
- Manage containerized test environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Implement infrastructure automation and infrastructure as code.
- Develop observability, monitoring, dashboards, and metrics pipelines.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to triage and resolve infrastructure and release failures.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 10 years of software engineering experience focused on infrastructure, DevOps, and CI systems.
- Strong Python or Go skills and backend development experience.
- Hands-on experience designing GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with test infrastructure, test stability analysis, and execution optimization.
- Experience managing Docker and Kubernetes environments, including ephemeral and persistent test environments.
- Experience with infrastructure automation and infrastructure as code.
- Experience with observability and monitoring tools, including dashboards and metrics pipelines.
- Experience with Azure services such as AKS and Blob Storage.
- Comfort working in Linux environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot failures across teams and operate effectively during releases and escalations.

- Experience with TypeScript and Playwright or other test automation frameworks.
- Experience building or integrating AI- or LLM-assisted developer tools.
- Familiarity with statistical or data-driven decision systems.
- Experience implementing workflow engines, distributed systems, or high-availability systems.
