Lead modern, cloud-first workplace infrastructure with a focus on identity lifecycle automation, enterprise endpoint management, SaaS integrations, AI-enabled operations, security, and compliance.
Responsabilidades
- Own and evolve the cloud-first workplace infrastructure.
- Administer Okta as the primary identity provider and automate identity lifecycles, directory integrations, and adaptive MFA policies.
- Design and manage the enterprise Apple device environment with Jamf Pro and Apple Business Manager.
- Optimize zero-touch deployment, patch management, and endpoint security configurations.
- Administer core SaaS systems and integrate them through APIs, webhooks, and automated workflows.
- Implement AI-driven operations for monitoring, predictive analytics, and automated IT support.
- Lead technical execution of security initiatives, including zero-trust architecture and vulnerability patching.
- Automate evidence collection for SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance audits.
Requisitos
- 6+ years of experience in systems engineering, modern IT infrastructure, or DevOps.
- Hands-on expertise administering Okta, including lifecycle management, API integrations, and SAML/OIDC configuration.
- Advanced experience with Jamf Pro, including configuration profiles, extension attributes, and scripted policy deployments.
- Demonstrated use of AI tools or LLM APIs to accelerate scripting or optimize IT workflows.
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Experience with SaaS integration platforms such as Okta Workflows or Workato.
- Preference for API integration and automation over manual configuration.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to explain complex technical architecture clearly.
