Own and scale the technical email infrastructure supporting multiple international B2C brands. Maintain reliable sending environments, protect sender reputation, and resolve deliverability issues as the business expands.
Responsabilidades
- Manage email infrastructure across brands and email service providers.
- Design and maintain scalable multi-brand email architecture.
- Manage sending domains, dedicated IPs, subusers, API keys, routing, and authentication.
- Configure SPF, DKIM, DMARC, link branding, tracking domains, and DNS.
- Develop and execute IP warm-up strategies.
- Monitor sender reputation, inbox placement, bounces, spam complaints, blocklists, and email performance.
- Investigate and resolve deliverability issues and incidents.
- Coordinate with CRM, Marketing, Product, BI, Development, and Retention teams.
- Support high-volume email operations and document internal processes and best practices.
- Use AI and automation tools to improve monitoring and operations.
Requisitos
- Experience managing email infrastructure and deliverability at scale.
- Knowledge of email authentication, dedicated IPs, sender reputation, inbox placement, DNS, and email service providers.
