Lead a global platform and DevOps team responsible for product infrastructure across SaaS and on-premises solutions. Define strategy, build secure scalable platforms, develop new SaaS offerings, and ensure reliability for enterprise customers. This is a hybrid role based in Israel.
Responsabilidades
- Define and execute platform and DevOps strategy
- Lead, mentor, and scale a global engineering team
- Architect scalable platforms that meet enterprise security requirements
- Develop new SaaS infrastructure and support on-premises products
- Improve developer experience through tooling and automation
- Balance strategic initiatives with operational responsibilities
- Ensure platform reliability, performance, and security
- Facilitate cross-functional technical collaboration
- Lead organizational change and technical discussions
Requisitos
- At least 8 years of experience in platform engineering
- At least 4 years leading distributed technical teams
- Proven experience building and scaling SaaS products from the ground up
- Experience supporting large-scale installations with enterprise security requirements
- Fluency in English and Hebrew
- Expertise in AWS, Azure, GCP, and hybrid cloud architectures
- Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and Ansible
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD, monitoring, and observability
- Deep understanding of security best practices and compliance frameworks
- Experience mentoring engineers and leading global teams
