Lead and develop a DevOps engineering team responsible for scaling a cloud-native SaaS security platform across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Own reliability, automation, observability, deployment processes, and production operations at scale.
Responsabilidades
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of DevOps engineers
- Architect and scale the SaaS platform across multi-cloud environments
- Establish automation, reliability, and performance practices across engineering
- Own production systems, including monitoring, troubleshooting, availability, and scalability
- Partner with engineering and product teams on delivery pipelines and deployments
- Guide architectural proofs of concept and technical direction
- Promote Infrastructure as Code and automation-first practices
- Oversee observability, monitoring, and incident response
- Drive knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and hands-on problem solving
Requisitos
- At least 6 years of DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering experience
- At least 2 years of engineering leadership experience
- Production experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of cloud-native architectures, microservices, and distributed systems
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes or comparable orchestrators
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation for Infrastructure as Code
- Hands-on use of AI tools to improve engineering productivity, automation, troubleshooting, or workflows
- Experience leading and mentoring engineers in fast-paced environments
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and release processes
- Experience with monitoring and logging solutions in large-scale production environments
- Strong networking fundamentals, including load balancing and protocols
