Lead a DevOps team while remaining hands-on with delivery automation, infrastructure, release processes, and continuous improvement across multiple software projects.
Responsabilidades
- Manage and lead a DevOps team while contributing hands-on technical work.
- Drive the adoption and implementation of DevOps practices across multiple projects.
- Design and maintain efficient processes across the software development lifecycle.
- Identify and implement workflow improvements using modern tools and technologies.
- Support development and integration teams during releases to development and customer environments.
Requisitos
- At least 4 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
- At least 3 years of experience managing and leading a DevOps team of five or more people.
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines with GitLab, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
- Experience with Git-based configuration management.
- Bash or Python scripting experience.
- Experience with Linux and Windows environments.
- Experience with Docker containers, Kubernetes, and Helm.
Se valora
- Experience with OpenShift.
- Experience with Ansible or Terraform for infrastructure as code.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps practices.
- Experience with AWS and private cloud environments.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
