Join a global IT organization to administer and optimize enterprise Linux infrastructure while supporting automation, security operations, cloud-native environments, and development workflows.
Responsabilidades
- Administer, deploy, upgrade, and maintain enterprise Linux workstations and servers
- Optimize system performance, reliability, and security
- Apply security and compliance policies, hardening techniques, and CIS Benchmark controls
- Support Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and other containerized environments
- Automate administrative processes and infrastructure operations using scripts and internal tools
- Implement infrastructure-as-code, continuous integration, and continuous deployment practices
- Manage server provisioning, software deployment, and configuration through Puppet, Ansible, and similar tools
- Integrate Linux systems with enterprise networking, Active Directory, and identity management frameworks
- Collaborate with SecOps on security policies, monitoring, and Linux hardening
- Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and minimize downtime
Requisitos
- Hands-on administration experience with RHEL, Ubuntu, and Oracle Linux
- RHCSA certification
- Strong scripting skills, such as Bash or Python
- Experience with Puppet, Ansible, or similar configuration management tools
- Experience integrating Linux systems with Active Directory, LDAP, and networking solutions
- Knowledge of Linux security hardening using CIS Benchmarks or comparable frameworks
- Experience with virtualization technologies in large-scale environments
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes
Se valora
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Security compliance, risk management, and SecOps automation experience
- Network automation experience
- Knowledge of cloud-native tools and container orchestration
- Knowledge of VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, and DNS
