Join a global cloud operations team in a full-time hybrid role based in Jerusalem. Support private-cloud infrastructure and production services while building practical experience in Linux, CI/CD, automation, monitoring, and operational support.
Responsabilidades
- Support private-cloud infrastructure and production services across multiple data centers
- Provide second-tier operational support for incidents and service requests
- Monitor cloud services, review alerts and logs, and help investigate service disruptions
- Automate recurring operational tasks and improve monitoring, alert quality, documentation, and support procedures
- Assist with CI/CD deployments, service onboarding, system upgrades, infrastructure changes, storage migrations, and capacity improvements
- Document technical processes, troubleshooting steps, operational knowledge, and preventive procedures
- Collaborate with infrastructure, development, and support teams across locations and time zones
- Use approved AI-assisted tools responsibly for troubleshooting, automation, scripting, documentation, and knowledge discovery
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field
- Foundational knowledge of Linux or Unix environments
- Basic understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, or systems administration
- Basic scripting or automation skills using Bash, Python, or a comparable language
- Familiarity with source control and software build, testing, and deployment processes
- Basic networking knowledge, including DNS, routing, firewalls, load balancers, or troubleshooting
- Strong English communication skills
Se valora
- Exposure to KVM, OVM, VMware, Docker, or Kubernetes
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools, Jenkins, Infrastructure as Code, or configuration management
- Basic knowledge of storage technologies
- Experience with IT service-management processes or ServiceNow
