Join an R&D team as a founding engineer for a new identity and AI-agent security product. Lead scalable backend architecture, distributed systems, and enterprise integrations.
Responsabilidades
- Architect, design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain robust distributed software systems
- Lead technical direction for identity and non-human identity security products
- Partner with product management and engineering leadership on long-term architecture and product objectives
- Build data pipelines to analyze, classify, correlate, and evaluate identity tokens and permissions at enterprise scale
- Design extensible architectures that support rapid integration of new SaaS platforms
- Own technical decisions from early system design through production availability, performance, and fault tolerance
- Conduct design reviews, establish engineering standards, and mentor engineers
- Drive innovation to address emerging security challenges
Requisitos
- 9+ years of software engineering experience focused on backend architecture and distributed systems
- Experience designing, building, and operating production-grade cloud-native backend systems
- Experience building cloud-native products on AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with distributed architectures and messaging or streaming frameworks such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, Amazon SQS, or Celery
- Strong database modeling and SQL query experience
- Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and gRPC services
- Experience with asynchronous programming models such as asyncio or Goroutines
- Professional experience with production languages such as Python or Go
- Strong system design judgment and experience driving cross-team technical alignment and mentoring engineers
Se valora
- Cybersecurity experience in identity and access management, secret management, or non-human identity security
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or relevant military experience
