Seeking a Staff AI Platform Engineer to accelerate R&D velocity and product quality by enabling 200+ engineers to leverage agentic AI. The role involves building AI governance, optimizing the SDLC, and driving org-wide adoption of AI developer tooling at a cyber exposure management company.
Responsabilidades
- Build rigorous measurement frameworks to ensure AI-driven quality and better software delivery.
- Architect guardrails around LLM usage, data privacy, and cost management for 200+ engineers.
- Embed autonomous workflows, coding agents, and tool/context design into the developer lifecycle.
- Lead organizational rollout of AI developer tooling and set production best practices.
- Design and deploy production-grade multi-agent systems with parallel session isolation and self-improving feedback loops.
Requisitos
- Hands-on experience building production-ready autonomous agent pipelines and complex LLM workflows.
- Passion for developer experience, productivity tools, and modern engineering automation.
- Proven track record of driving technical adoption and shifting engineering culture across large teams.
- Background balancing a ship-fast mentality with rigorous systems thinking.
