Lead a team developing enterprise storage software in a high-performance, clustered Linux environment. The role combines hands-on C++ development with technical leadership and feature ownership.
Responsabilidades
- Lead a team of 2–8 developers.
- Develop C++ software on Linux in a multithreaded, clustered, server-side environment.
- Own technical aspects of a core storage software component.
- Improve file-system I/O flow performance.
- Design new features at both high and detailed levels.
- Maintain and refactor legacy code.
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of professional C++ development experience on Linux.
- Previous experience as a software development team leader or manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer engineering.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Ability and motivation to build a strong, independent development team.
Se valora
- Experience with clustered, performance-oriented software development.
- Knowledge of storage devices and file-system protocols, including NFS, NAS, SMB, or CIFS.
- Experience managing teams using Scrum and Agile methods.
