Responsabilidades
- Design, develop, test, and maintain cloud-native backend services and platform components.
- Build scalable, reliable, and highly available production systems.
- Develop and optimize APIs, microservices, and distributed system components.
- Design and implement AI-powered features using LLMs, agents, and intelligent automation workflows.
- Participate in architecture, design, and code reviews.
- Troubleshoot performance, reliability, and scalability issues in production.
- Collaborate with product management, QA, DevOps, and partner engineering teams.
- Support release planning, deployment activities, and operational excellence.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering efficiency and software quality.
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of software development experience delivering large-scale production systems.
- Strong programming skills in Java, Python, Go, C, C++, or similar backend technologies.
- Bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in engineering, information systems, computer science, or a related field, with experience requirements varying by degree level.
- Experience building and operating cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, APIs, scalability, and reliability engineering.
- Hands-on experience with production software development, CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and observability.
- Equivalent experience may be considered where candidates can demonstrate the required capabilities.
