Responsabilidades
- Set and execute product architecture and roadmap strategy.
- Maintain scalability, reliability, productivity, performance, and security across the architecture.
- Translate market needs into architectural requirements in collaboration with Product and Engineering.
- Architect features and systems that meet functional and non-functional requirements across management applications, services, cloud backbone infrastructure, and multi-platform clients.
- Align research and development groups around shared concepts and technical vision.
- Advise engineering teams through hands-on technical leadership.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to support innovation and product differentiation.
Requisitos
- 10+ years of experience designing and implementing complex software systems.
- Strong proficiency with microservices and SaaS products.
- Experience with low-level networking or security infrastructure.
- Experience leading large-scale solutions from product definition through component design and implementation.
- Experience driving technology adoption, refactoring, process improvements, and development infrastructure strategy through execution.
- Strong analytical, systems-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
