A full-time hybrid role in Northern Israel leading an SAP development team while remaining 50% hands-on. The position oversees development priorities, integrations, technical quality, and delivery.
Responsabilidades
- Lead and mentor the SAP development team.
- Split time between team management and hands-on SAP ABAP development.
- Manage development activities and priorities according to the work plan.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders.
- Lead and support SAP integrations and interfaces.
- Provide technical guidance to developers.
- Ensure code quality and adherence to procedures.
- Support timely delivery of development work.
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of professional SAP development experience.
- Proven SAP ABAP development experience.
- Strong experience with ABAP OO, BAPI, BADI, User Exits, Function Modules/RFC, IDOCs, ALV, enhancements, and forms.
- Experience with OData/Gateway and SAP integration technologies.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and manage multiple stakeholders.
