Responsabilidades
- Design, develop, and maintain Python microservices in production
- Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and contribute hands-on to implementation, debugging, and optimization
- Collaborate with backend, DevOps, data, and product teams
- Contribute to architecture and system design, code reviews, and technical planning
- Break down complex initiatives into actionable tasks
- Promote engineering ownership, quality, and continuous improvement
- Improve development processes, tools, and practices
Requisitos
- At least 7 years of professional software development experience, including strong Python expertise
- Practical experience building and maintaining microservices
- Experience leading development processes, projects, or Agile/Scrum ceremonies
- Proficiency with REST API frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django
- Familiarity with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging or streaming systems
- Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and modern engineering practices
- Ability to combine technical execution with planning, coordination, and team facilitation
