Join a financial technology company developing an LLM-based agentic platform. Build Python and Node.js services, React interfaces, MCP integrations, and secure systems for financial data and internal tools in a flexible hybrid role in Jerusalem.
Responsabilidades
- Design and improve an LLM-based agentic platform, including orchestration, prompts, retrieval, tool calling, and evaluation
- Architect high-performance Python and Node.js services for reliable, real-time processing at scale
- Build and maintain MCP servers connecting AI agents with banking systems, databases, APIs, and developer tools
- Develop React chat interfaces, agent dashboards, real-time streaming UIs, and internal tools
- Define scalable technical requirements and roadmaps with product, compliance, business, and engineering stakeholders
- Apply enterprise security and financial regulatory standards
- Mentor engineers on full-stack development, LLM integration, and production AI systems
- Evaluate and integrate emerging AI models, frameworks, and developer tooling
Requisitos
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with complex full-stack systems
- Production experience with large language models, prompt engineering, RAG workflows, agent frameworks, and LLM evaluation
- Experience building and consuming MCP servers
- Proficiency with modern JavaScript, React, and scalable state management such as Redux or Zustand
- Hands-on AWS architecture experience with DynamoDB, S3, RDS, Lambda, and API Gateway
- Strong understanding of TDD, CI/CD, and Agile/Scrum practices
- Experience debugging distributed systems and optimizing real-time data flows
- Fluent written and spoken Hebrew and English
- Availability to work some US hours
