Own production services from architecture through deployment and operations across cloud and on-premises platforms.
Responsabilidades
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and data models
- Own services from architecture and implementation through deployment, monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvement
- Develop reliable, secure, observable, performant, and highly available systems across cloud and on-premises environments
- Improve containerization, orchestration, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and internal developer tooling
- Define metrics, dashboards, alerts, and SLOs; lead root-cause analysis and long-term remediation
- Troubleshoot distributed-system, integration, and production issues
- Contribute to architecture decisions and engineering standards, review code, create reusable patterns, and mentor engineers
- Collaborate with Product, Firmware, Hardware, and R&D teams to deliver robust solutions
Requisitos
- 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, including production backend systems
- Strong knowledge of backend architecture, distributed systems, API design, databases, data modeling, scalability, and performance
- Experience owning production services across deployment, observability, debugging, incident response, and root-cause analysis
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code
- Experience supporting cloud and on-premises environments
- Strong programming skills in a modern backend language; Python experience is relevant
- System-level understanding of Linux, networking, security practices, IAM, and secrets management
- Experience with mission-critical, platform, SaaS, security, cyber, or SRE systems
- Ability to make pragmatic architecture decisions, produce quality code, conduct reviews, mentor engineers, and communicate technical tradeoffs
