Build and operate the backend infrastructure and AI agent workflows powering a cybersecurity platform, from design through deployment and ongoing improvement.
Responsabilidades
- Architect and build backend infrastructure for secure, scalable AI workflows.
- Develop systems for multi-agent reasoning, retrieval pipelines, and tool execution.
- Productionize AI models and agent workflows with reliability and performance controls.
- Integrate AI services across backend APIs and user-facing product workflows.
- Own systems throughout design, implementation, deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
- Apply secure engineering principles to APIs, data flows, infrastructure, and deployment.
Requisitos
- At least 6 years of backend engineering experience.
- Strong Python skills and experience with data-intensive distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including schema design, query optimization, indexing, and scaling.
- Production experience with vector search and retrieval pipelines, including embedding generation, indexing, and relevance tuning.
- Experience building and operating scalable backend infrastructure using technologies such as FastAPI, Kafka, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes, and observability tools.
- Understanding of secure software design, including safe API development and data protection.
- Ability to own features from data modeling and architecture through deployment, monitoring, and improvement.
