Responsabilidades
- Design, architect, and maintain scalable, high-throughput backend services and distributed systems.
- Own features and projects end to end, from technical design through deployment and production monitoring.
- Build and optimize core APIs and integration layers.
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code using software engineering best practices.
- Lead technical design discussions and drive improvements in system performance and scalability.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues to maintain high availability and low latency.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and promote engineering excellence.
Requisitos
- At least 7 years of hands-on experience as a backend or full-stack software engineer building complex, scalable distributed systems in production.
- Strong proficiency in a modern backend language such as Python, Node.js/TypeScript, Go, or Java.
- Experience building or integrating AI agent frameworks, LLM applications, or vector databases.
- Expertise in microservices, RESTful APIs, and message-driven architectures such as Kafka.
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and NoSQL or caching solutions such as MongoDB and Redis.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, including AWS or GCP, containerization with Docker and Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Demonstrated ability to make architectural decisions and deliver technical projects from concept through production.
- Strong problem-solving, ownership, collaboration, and communication skills.
