Join a digital payments and technology company as a senior backend engineer building scalable, production-grade AI systems, APIs, and agentic workflows. The role covers technical design, implementation, deployment, monitoring, reliability, and collaboration with product and engineering teams.
Responsabilidades
- Design, develop, and optimize scalable backend services and APIs for AI-driven products.
- Build production-grade applications and workflows using LLMs, AI agents, and generative AI technologies.
- Develop agentic workflows involving tool calling, orchestration, context management, and internal service integration.
- Optimize LLM capabilities for quality, latency, reliability, and cost.
- Design and maintain scalable, reliable, high-performance distributed systems.
- Own technical solutions from design and implementation through deployment and production monitoring.
- Improve architecture, observability, code quality, and development processes.
- Collaborate with product, DevOps, and engineering teams on end-to-end solutions.
- Maintain awareness of backend and generative AI developments.
- Follow information security policies, protect data confidentiality and integrity, report suspected breaches, and complete required security training.
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience focused on backend development.
- Strong proficiency in Python and/or Node.js.
- Strong knowledge of backend architecture, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Experience building scalable, reliable production systems.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with databases or data stores such as PostgreSQL, Redis, DynamoDB, or similar technologies.
- Strong system design and problem-solving skills.
