Join a software product team building and operating production-grade SaaS applications and backend services in a microservices environment. This fully remote role is open to candidates based in Israel and requires strong English communication.
Responsabilidades
- Own feature development from design and implementation through production rollout and continuous improvement.
- Build and operate scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend services in a microservices environment.
- Participate in system design, architecture planning, and technical decision-making.
- Develop and maintain asynchronous, message-driven components using Redis Streams.
- Debug and tune stream processing to ensure resilient operation.
- Write maintainable, well-tested code and participate in code reviews.
- Collaborate with teammates and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver product outcomes.
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of hands-on software engineering experience, including at least 3 years focused on backend JavaScript or Node.js development.
- Experience building and maintaining SaaS applications or production backend services.
- Experience with microservices architecture, including service boundaries, APIs, and reliability patterns.
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB and Redis, including Redis Streams or similar publish/subscribe and stream-processing technologies.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerized deployments.
- Strong understanding of APIs, data modeling, performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently and collaboratively.

- Experience with Snowflake and data pipelines or analytics.
- Experience with AWS and cloud-based production environments.
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL and additional NoSQL technologies.
- Experience with observability tools for logging, metrics, and tracing, plus incident response.
