Build and scale backend systems for a digital travel insurance platform. Own services end to end, from technical design and implementation through deployment and ongoing improvement.
Responsabilidades
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-performance backend services for web and mobile applications.
- Own backend features from technical design and implementation through production deployment and continuous improvement.
- Write clean, maintainable, and documented TypeScript code using engineering best practices, design patterns, and high testing standards.
- Build and optimize PostgreSQL schemas, queries, and data flows for reliability and performance at scale.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decisions that improve velocity, stability, and extensibility.
- Review code, troubleshoot production issues, and improve system observability, reliability, and performance.
- Collaborate with Product, frontend, QA, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical plans and execution.
Requisitos
- At least 6 years of professional backend development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.
- Experience with Nest.js or similar backend frameworks.
- Experience with PostgreSQL or comparable relational database technologies.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems such as Git, and agile development methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for multidisciplinary teamwork.
