Own the design, delivery, scaling, and monitoring of complex backend features for a high-scale B2B investment platform serving financial institutions.
Responsabilidades
- Own the software development lifecycle for complex features, from design and implementation through testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Build and maintain scalable, high-performance microservices on AWS and Kubernetes.
- Design fault-tolerant Kafka event pipelines and manage streaming patterns such as consumer groups, offsets, and dead-letter queues.
- Model and query NoSQL databases to optimize data access, throughput, and integrity.
- Build secure, reliable, backward-compatible REST APIs and integration layers.
- Write maintainable, tested code and use observability practices to support system resilience.
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of hands-on software development experience with microservices; Python or a similar modern language.
- Experience with high-scale distributed systems or B2B SaaS platforms, including complex business logic, enterprise integrations, and performance requirements.
- Strong experience with AWS and Kubernetes.
- Experience with NoSQL databases and event-driven architectures.
- Strong system design skills and ability to collaborate in design reviews.
- Ability to deliver features end-to-end through production.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
