Build and operate backend systems, data infrastructure, internal products, and LLM-powered features for a workforce management platform.
Responsabilidades
- Develop internal tools and products for company teams
- Build and maintain services and APIs for complex workflows
- Operate high-volume, real-time event-driven systems
- Create and maintain data pipelines and data quality checks
- Design and ship LLM and agent features, including tool use, prompts, and evaluation
- Use coding agents in delivery and improve the quality of their output
- Own multiple systems and products
- Integrate third-party tools with the platform
- Turn ambiguous business needs into technical plans and lead delivery to production
Requisitos
- At least 8 years of backend engineering experience, or equivalent deep backend experience with the ability to ramp up quickly on Python
- Strong Python skills or substantial backend experience and the ability to learn Python quickly
- Production experience building and maintaining services and REST APIs at scale
- Strong SQL proficiency
- Hands-on event-driven development experience
- Daily use of LLMs and coding agents
- Experience with multi-cloud environments such as Azure, GCP, or AWS
