Join a small team building software for an eCommerce funding platform. Develop backend features with AI coding agents, shape internal workflows, and help define how AI-assisted software is built and secured.
Responsabilidades
- Deliver end-to-end features with AI coding agents, from task breakdown and execution through code review, correction, and merging.
- Review, refactor, and strengthen AI-generated TypeScript for correctness, readability, and security.
- Write technical specifications for agents and verify generated code before submitting it for review.
- Build internal tools and workflows with the Claude Agent SDK and API, including Slack bots, data lookups, and R&D automation.
- Set safeguards for agent access to production data, secrets, and payment flows.
- Track agent output quality, rework, and development cycle time, and share effective practices with the team.
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of experience building production backend systems.
- Strong TypeScript, Node.js, SQL, and MySQL skills.
- Daily production use of Claude Code or a comparable AI coding agent, with examples to share.
- Strong code review skills, including identifying subtle bugs, edge cases, and unnecessary complexity in AI-generated code.
- Proficiency in functional programming concepts such as pure functions, immutability, composition, and explicit side effects.
- AWS experience with Lambda, RDS, S3, and Secrets Manager.
- Good judgment about when to use AI agents and when to write code directly.
- Clear written English for prompts, technical specifications, and pull request descriptions.
Se valora
- Experience configuring Claude Code with custom skills, hooks, subagents, or MCP servers.
- Experience building tools with the Claude Agent SDK or API.
- Familiarity with fintech, payment flows, and sensitive-data security.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Redshift.
