Responsabilidades
- Develop end-to-end services and features, from requirements gathering and research through implementation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Integrate AI flows and solutions into team and department systems.
- Solve complex technical problems at scale amid ambiguity.
- Collaborate with product managers, analysts, data scientists, and software engineers to deliver product capabilities.
- Analyze and improve performance, scalability, and stability across products, environments, and tools.
- Evaluate new technologies and adapt systems to growing scale.
- Mentor colleagues, lead projects, and promote engineering best practices and continuous improvement.
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of software development experience.
- Strong server-side engineering skills and experience building services in large-scale production environments.
- Strong programming fundamentals and ability to work in unfamiliar codebases and programming languages.
- Experience integrating AI workflows into backend systems.
- Experience with large-scale production databases and public cloud environments.
- Solid system design and architecture skills.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.
Se valora
- Experience with A/B testing or marketing measurement.
- Familiarity with Scala, Spark, or data pipeline frameworks.
