Responsabilidades
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance backend systems for real-time workloads.
- Own microservices, APIs, and data infrastructure powering live events and odds engines.
- Collaborate with product managers, analysts, and engineers to shape effective solutions.
- Review product requirements, challenge assumptions, identify edge cases, and improve proposed solutions.
- Integrate internal tools and external services, including payment gateways, data feeds, and partner APIs.
- Maintain code quality and reliability through testing, automation, and clean design.
- Troubleshoot production issues and protect uptime during high-traffic events and tournaments.
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of experience building robust backend applications in production.
- Deep knowledge of message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ and event-driven architectures.
- Strong understanding of relational databases, including PostgreSQL or MySQL, and practical data modeling.
- Ability to use AI coding tools to improve productivity and code quality while maintaining engineering standards.
- Ownership mindset and commitment to reliable, high-quality software.
Se valora
- Proficiency in Kotlin, Java, or C#, particularly for performance optimization and asynchronous design.
- Experience with Redis for caching, publish/subscribe, and distributed locks.
- Cloud-native experience with AWS services such as ECS, Lambda, and RDS.
- Experience building low-latency systems handling millions of requests per day.
- Background in sports betting, real-time streaming, or marketplace platforms.
