Responsabilidades
- Build production Python backend services for an agentic AI platform.
- Develop agent orchestration, tool-calling infrastructure, workflow execution, guardrails, and evaluation loops.
- Integrate enterprise applications, identity providers, SaaS tools, and customer data sources.
- Build systems to ingest and model organizational processes, permissions, policies, and internal knowledge.
- Address scalability and reliability needs in large enterprise environments.
- Collaborate with product, AI, and customer-facing teams to turn business processes into automated experiences.
- Own production system reliability, observability, performance, and security.
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of professional backend engineering experience.
- Strong Python skills and experience developing production services.
- Experience building complex backend systems such as APIs, data pipelines, distributed systems, or workflow engines.
- Practical experience or familiarity with LLMs, agentic AI, tool calling, RAG, workflow orchestration, or AI infrastructure.
- Ability to design safe AI systems using validation, guardrails, evaluation, observability, and controlled execution.
- Strong understanding of databases, data modeling, and API design.
- Ability to turn ambiguous product requirements into robust technical designs.

- Experience with identity, security, governance, permissions, or enterprise SaaS integrations.
- Experience with LLM evaluation, tracing, observability, or production AI systems.
