An automotive technology company is seeking an experienced Python Infrastructure Tech Lead to guide architecture, development, and maintenance of scalable infrastructure applications and tools serving multiple engineering teams.
Responsabilidades
- Lead architecture, technical design, development, and maintenance of Python-based infrastructure applications.
- Drive improvements to system performance, scalability, and developer productivity.
- Collaborate with engineers, system architects, and stakeholders to define and deliver features.
- Develop clean, efficient, well-documented Python code.
- Optimize applications for speed and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and debug technical issues.
- Contribute to a structured, collaborative, improvement-focused engineering culture.
- Stay current with relevant engineering practices and trends.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Python developer.
- Experience with software architecture and system design.
- Strong understanding of Python and its core principles.
- Ability to mentor engineers and lead technical discussions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Proactive, adaptable approach to solving complex technical challenges.
