Lead the architecture, implementation, and scaling of critical backend and distributed systems. Build secure, reliable software and AI-enabled services for a large-scale CRM platform using modern engineering practices.
Responsabilidades
- Architect and implement critical, scalable backend and distributed systems.
- Build and ship production-grade backend software with AI integrated into the development workflow.
- Design and evolve highly scalable web APIs and services.
- Integrate AI agents into human workflows and maintain reliable system context.
- Review human- and AI-generated code for correctness, security, performance, and quality.
- Establish engineering standards for code quality, reliability, security, performance, and CI/CD.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, reliability gaps, and technical debt.
- Mentor engineers and collaborate across teams on technical strategy and business outcomes.
Requisitos
- 10+ years of backend software development and large-scale system architecture experience.
- AI-first engineering approach, including experience with AI-assisted development tools.
- Advanced prompt engineering and system-context development skills.
- Expertise in multiple programming languages and design patterns, such as Java, Python, Go, Node.js, or Scala.
- Experience designing distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures at scale.
- Strong knowledge of REST, SOAP, HTTP, JSON, and relational and non-relational databases.
- Experience leading technical initiatives, aligning cross-functional teams, and influencing engineering direction.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including design documentation and consensus building.
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience.

- Experience developing SaaS applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Kubernetes, EKS, or Docker.
- Knowledge of event-driven architectures, Kafka, Redis, Memcached, or data streaming.
- Background in observability, performance engineering, or site reliability engineering.
- Open-source contributions or active participation in open-source communities.
