Own technical escalations and operational engineering improvements for an R&D organization. Investigate complex issues, deliver fixes, improve developer workflows, and apply AI to internal engineering processes.
Responsabilidades
- Investigate bugs, system edge cases, platform anomalies, and internal R&D technical escalations.
- Analyze, prioritize, and resolve technical blockers to protect product development velocity.
- Write scripts, hotfixes, patches, and small product improvements within the codebase.
- Use AI tools to optimize processes and develop AI-driven internal workflows.
- Partner with Customer Success, DevOps, Product, and engineering teams to turn recurring issues into architectural improvements.
- Maintain and improve internal tools, staging environments, diagnostic workflows, and developer documentation.
Requisitos
- At least 4 years of experience in software engineering, developer support engineering, or high-tier technical operations.
- At least 2 years of experience using AI-assisted development tools and integrating AI or LLM capabilities into workflows.
- Strong coding and debugging skills with modern web technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, or Python.
- Understanding of REST APIs, backend microservices, SQL or NoSQL databases, and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with logging, monitoring, and debugging tools such as Datadog, Sentry, Kibana, or Postman.
- Ability to trace errors across system boundaries, isolate root causes, and troubleshoot independently.
- Clear communication skills for explaining technical issues to developers, product stakeholders, and customers.

- Experience in a fast-paced SaaS or PropTech environment.
- Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or Kubernetes.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field.
