Build and maintain scalable TypeScript backend systems, APIs, and AI-powered applications. Own work from system design through production readiness, collaborate with clients and distributed teams, and contribute to engineering practices. Fully remote from Israel.
Responsabilidades
- Own complex software initiatives from design and implementation through testing, production readiness, and ongoing improvement
- Build and maintain scalable TypeScript backend systems and APIs
- Deliver production-ready features while balancing scope, quality, performance, and maintainability
- Build AI-powered applications and workflows using LLMs, agents, and agentic frameworks
- Identify technical and product risks and drive solutions
- Improve testing, code quality, refactoring, tooling, developer experience, and engineering practices
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and priorities
- Mentor engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing
- Apply AI-assisted and agentic workflows across design, development, testing, and delivery
- Build or integrate browser-based experiences, including Chrome Extensions when needed
- Promote responsible engineering practices focused on quality, reliability, and maintainability
Requisitos
- 3–6 years of professional software engineering experience delivering complex production systems
- Hands-on experience building production-grade applications with TypeScript
- Practical experience developing AI- or LLM-powered applications, agents, and agentic workflows
- Experience with OpenAI, Claude, or comparable LLM platforms
- Experience with Mastra or a similar LLM and agent orchestration framework
- Experience building or integrating Chrome Extensions and browser-based applications
- Understanding of responsible AI, including evaluation, reliability, safety, privacy, and handling AI-generated outputs
- Experience using AI skills and tooling to extend agent capabilities
- System-design skills for scalable, maintainable, reliable, and observable systems
- Experience with TDD, CI/CD, code reviews, refactoring, and Agile or Extreme Programming practices
- Knowledge of REST and/or gRPC APIs, relational databases, performance optimization, source control, and technical documentation
- Ability to collaborate with clients and distributed teams, communicate effectively, and proactively resolve issues
Se valora
- Python experience, particularly with production and AI/LLM systems
- Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Agno, vector databases, AI evaluation or observability tools, Docker, Kubernetes, or Terraform
- Experience with React.js or other modern frontend frameworks
