Responsabilidades
- Design, implement, test, roll out, and support backend features in production.
- Build systems for mission state management, route planning, airspace coordination, and fleet operations.
- Develop tools used by operations teams.
- Investigate production incidents and implement improvements to prevent recurrence.
- Deliver changes quickly while maintaining a high safety standard.
Requisitos
- Around 1–3 years of hands-on backend experience, or strong graduate-level skills demonstrated through substantial side projects.
- Solid computer science fundamentals, including concurrency, state, and failure modes.
- A testing-focused approach to software development.
- Comfort working through ambiguity, asking questions, and taking ownership.
