Responsabilidades
- Design, develop, and deploy software solutions for real estate operations and decision-making.
- Implement backend services and supporting tools.
- Integrate data sources and build applications for property analysis, renovation tracking, and portfolio management.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand operational needs.
- Translate requirements into robust, maintainable code.
- Work directly with local teams on ongoing projects.
Requisitos
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and systems design.
- Experience developing and maintaining production-grade backend services.
- Programming experience in Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, or another modern language.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Experience with databases, APIs, version control systems such as Git, testing, and debugging.
- Ability to gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
