Responsabilidades
- Set the technical direction for the core backend layer.
- Lead engineers building high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems.
- Design and evolve system architecture and service boundaries.
- Review technical designs and resolve architectural disagreements.
- Implement code and solve complex backend problems hands-on.
- Address concurrency and distributed coordination challenges.
- Establish code-quality standards and engineering practices.
- Mentor engineers and provide direct, constructive feedback.
Requisitos
- At least 8 years of backend development experience with Java or Kotlin.
- Experience leading the technical work of an engineering team.
- Deep expertise in concurrency, including race conditions, lock ordering, and asynchronous patterns.
- Experience designing systems for scale, throughput, distributed coordination, and performance trade-offs.
- Ability to lead constructive design reviews and develop robust technical solutions.
- Track record of mentoring engineers.
- Strong commitment to code quality, engineering standards, and sustainable development practices.
- Ability to communicate clearly with backend and non-backend audiences.
