Lead the team responsible for core platform entities and onboarding services. Balance hands-on technical leadership with team development, architectural direction, and reliable delivery of scalable backend systems.
Responsabilidades
- Lead and mentor engineers, supporting their growth in design, architecture, and technical craft.
- Own core platform systems and onboarding flows, ensuring availability, security, and operational excellence.
- Guide scalable backend architecture and data flows, including legacy data-store decoupling and domain-model improvements.
- Partner with product managers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality work on schedule.
- Contribute hands-on to architecture discussions, design reviews, and code reviews.
- Lead technical initiatives, processes, and architectural decisions.
- Promote AI-powered tools and modern software development practices.
- Contribute to the engineering vision, processes, and culture of the leadership group.
Requisitos
- At least 2 years managing engineers or technical teams.
- At least 6 years of software development and design experience, with strong backend engineering skills.
- Experience with large-scale distributed cloud architectures.
- Strong architectural judgment and experience leading migrations or modernization initiatives.
- Track record of recruiting and managing high-performing engineers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
Se valora
- Experience with Domain-Driven Design.
- Experience with SaaS platform domains such as identity, access management, billing, multi-tenancy, or API gateways.
- Experience with core entity systems, account management, or SaaS onboarding.
- Experience with Node.js, GraphQL, or graph databases such as Neo4j.
- Experience supporting internal engineering teams through platform or infrastructure work.
- Experience in ad tech or hyperscale systems.
