Lead a small team while remaining hands-on in backend development and architecture. Build production systems and integrate AI capabilities and agentic workflows into active digital products. The role is hybrid, with three days per week working from home.
Responsabilidades
- Develop and architect production backend systems
- Provide technical leadership to a small team of 2–3 developers
- Integrate AI capabilities and agentic workflows into active digital products
- Remain hands-on in code while taking ownership of complex systems
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of backend development experience with production systems
- Strong experience with C#/.NET and REST APIs
- Experience with SQL Server and Entity Framework Core
- Experience designing complex, scalable system architectures
- Experience technically leading developers, including code reviews and technical guidance
- Experience using AI in production systems
- Experience with AWS or Azure and CI/CD processes

- Experience with agentic workflows, RAG, and tool calling
- Experience with vector databases and multi-tenant architectures
- Experience with LangGraph, Python/FastAPI, or AI observability and evaluation tools
