Lead the company-wide AI strategy from the CEO office while personally building and shipping agents, skills, and tools that enable go-to-market and business operations teams.
Responsabilidades
- Set the company-wide AI roadmap and drive initiatives across the organization.
- Lead a weekly AI review covering automation progress across functions.
- Advise the CEO on AI technology and improve the company technology stack.
- Partner with R&D leadership to support cross-company collaboration.
- Enable sales, customer experience, and marketing teams to adopt AI-native workflows.
- Onboard each new hire to the company AI stack within their first two weeks.
- Audit functions for AI gaps and prioritize initiatives by revenue impact.
- Measure AI adoption through hours saved, tasks automated, and skill usage rates.
Requisitos
- Recent experience building and shipping AI agents and processes in a go-to-market or business operations context, rather than purely in research.
- Experience leading a team of two to four people.
- Strong technical background, ideally including engineering experience, with the ability to build hands-on as well as provide direction.
- Ability to operate at executive speed.
Se valora
- Revenue operations experience, including pipeline management, CRM hygiene, lead routing, and post-sales handoffs.
- Experience embedded with sales or marketing teams to build AI into their workflows.
