Lead the architecture, development, and production deployment of enterprise AI and machine learning solutions on AWS. Own scalable MLOps architectures, advanced data pipelines, generative AI and retrieval-augmented systems, while advising enterprise customers and mentoring engineers.
Responsabilidades
- Lead end-to-end architecture, development, and production deployment of machine learning models, predictive analytics, NLP, and generative AI systems
- Define and implement enterprise MLOps strategies, including CI/CD, automated training, monitoring, model versioning, and governance
- Design AWS AI and machine learning solutions using managed services while optimizing performance and cost
- Lead scalable ETL infrastructure and feature-store pipelines for model training
- Design ingestion, processing, vector search, and graph-based reasoning systems for unstructured data
- Advise enterprise customers and senior internal stakeholders on AI adoption and scalable machine learning architecture
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and establish coding and architecture standards
Requisitos
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or highly technical Data Scientist
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field
- Expertise in Python and modern machine learning or deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, or Hugging Face
- Hands-on experience with generative AI, LLMs, fine-tuning, domain-specific prompting, and RAG pipelines
- Extensive AWS architecture experience, including SageMaker, Bedrock, EC2, EMR, and Redshift
- Experience designing data pipelines with technologies such as Spark, Kafka, Kinesis, Elasticsearch, or Hadoop
- Advanced SQL and experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including data modeling at scale
- Fluency in Hebrew and English
- Ability to lead technical workshops, manage stakeholders, and deliver complex projects for enterprise customers
